KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu A.Ş. attaches great importance to identifying all services provided both to the members and customers of the organization and to each other by the departments within the organization, defining, providing, continuously measuring and reporting appropriate service levels, understanding and prioritizing member and customer needs, and ensuring harmony between the departments that provide services in order to meet these needs correctly.
