Job Titles & Career Management
We use a five-tier job title structure to manage the career development of our employees.
KKB has an effective and systematic performance management process based on business targets and competence evaluation. This ensures career management of our employees by individual professional and personal development planning; thus allowing our employees to monitor their individual performance development.
The high-performance employees, completing the required employment period on a specific role; are entitled to be promoted to a more senior rank with higher business value, considering their professional and personal characteristics. The steps and processes required for the career path of each title and responsibility area are clearly set and shared with our employees.
We, at KKB, attach importance to professional and personal development of our employees to fulfill their potential, increase their efficiency and productivity; and in turn, sustain rapid growth as well as our innovative and customer-oriented services in line with our organizational targets and strategies. In this regard, the performance appraisal data, career development plan, employee’s own requests and expectations as well as the manager’s opinion are all together evaluated to create a training and development plan for each employee.

For continuous development, our employees also attend local and international training seminars offered by in-house and external training centers with expert trainers holding global accreditation.
The wages of our employees are determined taking into account the macro economy of the country, sectoral average and the remuneration structure at our institution. At KKB, we apply twelve gross salaries plus a performance based bonus, annually.
