In this context, Kredi Kayıt Bürosu A.Ş. carries out activities to provide the products and services offered to its members and customers in an effective and uninterrupted manner, to identify and minimize risks that may interrupt products and services, and to implement the necessary business continuity and recovery plans.

Business Continuity Management System

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) is a systematic approach adopted to manage the business continuity of the organization. The main purpose of this system is to ensure business continuity for products/services. The Business Continuity Management System covers all KKB products/services, business processes for these products/services, and stakeholders who receive or provide services from KKB. All policies, procedures, processes, instructions and standards prepared within KKB regarding business continuity support the Business Continuity Management System.

Kredi Kayıt Bürosu undertakes that an effective BCMS management is carried out within the organization and that the business continuity requirements for all services it provides are met within the framework of the IS0/IEC 22301:2019 Business Continuity Standard, for which certification studies were completed in August 2014.

Business Continuity Tests

KKB periodically tests the plans created within the scope of the Business Continuity Management System and aims to create a corporate reflex within the scope of the following items with the plans in case of possible disasters and extraordinary situations.
