- CRS Database consists of consumer credits information of all of KKB's members.
- Members transmit their consumer credit data to KKB in a standart format and KKB doesn't make any changes on the data that comes from its members (even doesn't merge or change format of any field) and loads the data to CRS Database as comes from its member.
- KKB has 100 million credit account records in the CRS Database
COMPONENTS OF CRS DATABASE :
- APPLICATION DATABASE
- Personal information (Name, Date of Birth, Identity Number(s), Address, Father's Name, Mothers Maiden Name, Income, etc...).
- Financial Information (Credit type, Amount of Finance/Requested Credit Limit, Number of Installments, Peyment Frequency, etc...)
- Information About Other People Associated with the Application (Guarantor(s) Authorized User(s)).
- Credit Decision (Accepted / Rejected / Pending (in progress) / Cancelled)

This central pool of information helps members to grant credit to high risk individuals.

- Members provide every single piece of its data to CRS Database,
- Updates its data in The CRS Database on monthly basis, according to the update rules set by KKB,
- Performs all necessary inhouse operations to keep up the quality of its data better in The CRS Database,
- Uses the data it receives from The CRS Database only according to the rules set by KKB.
SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
To manage the system working without having any problem under the pressure of heavy search traffic, the system performance is monitored and tuned up when it is necessary.
